Yes. We begin with a free in-home walkthrough to assess your space, determine the level of care required, and provide accurate pricing.
Every home is different. A walkthrough ensures pricing is accurate and the appropriate service plan is structured properly. We do not provide rushed or blind estimates.
Yes. We bring our own professional-grade supplies and equipment. We use pet- and child-safe products whenever possible. We do require homeowners to provide toilet brushes in each bathroom
Yes. We are fully insured and bonded for residential cleaning services.
Yes. Every recurring services begin with an initial deep cleaning to establish the proper foundation for maintenance.
Recurring service includes kitchen and bathroom sanitizing, floor care, dusting of accessible areas, trash removal, and high-touch attention. A detailed service outline is provided after your walkthrough.
Consistency is important for maintaining standards. If appointments are skipped, additional buildup may require adjustments to service time and pricing.
Yes. Move-in and move-out cleaning is structured specifically for vacant properties to ensure full access to all areas.
Yes. Water and electricity must be active for us to complete the service properly.
Light trash removal is included. Heavy debris removal or large-item disposal will be quoted separately.
What are your payment terms?
For first time and one time deep cleaning services, payment is due upon arrival or prior to service beginning.
For recurring clients, payment is due upon completion of service and must be received by the end of the same business day. A 5% late fee will be applied to balances not received by that time.
We do not move large furniture or appliances. Light, easily movable items may be adjusted as needed.
For best results, surfaces and floors should be reasonably cleared prior to service. Excessive clutter may limit what areas can be cleaned.
Areas that are not accessible at the time of service cannot be cleaned. We recommend clearing surfaces and floors prior to arrival.
